Final conference – Poland

The final conference exceeded expectations, with 116 participants (84 face-to-face, 9 online external participants, 15 AHE representatives, and 8 consortium members) orgnizez on 06/11/2025, Łódź, Poland (Arterion Studio). The audience represented diverse profiles aligned with the project’s target groups, including representatives of the Ministry of Education, Education Board, National Agency, educational authorities, school communities, psychologists, pedagogists, and youth workers from NGOs. This ensured outreach to both policymakers and frontline educators.

The event was held under the honorary patronage of the Ministry of Education, Lodz Education Board, the Children’s Rights Advocate, FRSE – Polish National Agency, and local radio and television.

The conference followed a structured, interactive format with three parts: presentation of project results, invited guest speeches, and a panel discussion. The AHE team introduced the SafeOnline project and its mission to protect students from cyberbullying. Each work package was presented with Q&A sessions. A key element was the demonstration of the Interactive Simulator and the SafeOnline e-Learning Platform, followed by discussions on lessons learned and practical integration of the tools. The event concluded with a panel discussion and collection of evaluation questionnaires.
