The pre–kick-off meeting was held online via Google Meet and hosted by AHE, the project coordinator. WP1 (Management) covered the agenda, project tools, Gantt chart, agreements, and reporting templates. CARDET presented WP2 and outlined next steps, to be followed up by email.

KMOP reviewed WP5, agreeing to deliver the dissemination plan, logo, and website draft in early February. CARDET also presented the Quality Assurance plan, to be uploaded in early January, followed by an evaluation survey. AHE will coordinate dates for the first F2F meeting, and the next online meeting was scheduled.
