The first face-to-face meeting was held on 12–13 March 2024 in Nicosia, Cyprus, at the CARDET Education Hub, focusing mainly on WP1 (Management). AHE presented payment schedules, reporting deadlines, timesheets, VAT and budget templates, travel costs, dissemination reporting, and use of the admin project platform.

WP2 progress was reviewed, including steering committees, focus-group results, guide development, deadlines, and reporting steps. WP3 covered translation, testing, digitalisation, and evaluation of the e-Toolkit, while WP4 introduced the training programme. KMOP presented WP5 on dissemination, campaigns, social media, and templates. CARDET outlined quality assurance procedures and the next online meeting was scheduled.
