The third face-to-face meeting was held on 5 November 2025 at Akademia Humanistyczno-Ekonomiczna w Łodzi, Poland, focusing on progress across WP1–WP5 and final project preparations. AHE welcomed partners and presented guidelines and deadlines for the final report. For WP2 and WP3, partners confirmed the upload of results and agreed to update disclaimers and EU co-funding emblems in line with Erasmus+ rules.

WP4 confirmed completion of trainings and national documentation by mid-November. KMOP shared updates on WP5 dissemination, campaigns, newsletters, sustainability planning, multiplier events, and the final conference. CARDET presented final quality assurance steps, including evaluation tools and the final QA report, and next meeting arrangements were discussed.
